Your job will be:
- To collect and service overdue accounts.
- To explain delinquencies to the customer and manage their delinquency status.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and offer remission takeouts.
- In charge of an assigned delinquent portfolio
- Meet company target for recoveries.
- Maintaining a professional and healthy client relationship with internal and external customers.
We require:
- At least Senior High school, College level or College graduate
- Good oral and written communication
- Assertive and proactive
- With an Independent and self-starter attitude
- Keen to details
- Good moral values
- Owns Motorcycle
- with Valid Driver’s License
