The Telemarketing Manager leads a team of TeleSales Professionals and ensures that all KPIs are met by the team through constant training and providing constructive feedback.

General Accountabilities:

1. Review and monitor the daily activities and performance of the team, which includes attendance, call coverage, sales procedures, and quality standards.

2. Train and coach the TeleSales Personnel in the sales process, knowledge of the product, and contacting of leads.

3. Conduct the performance evaluation process and administer corrective action (when necessary) to ensure that the team meets KPIs on a daily basis

4. Develop and present sales strategies that will gear towards the sales growth of the company

5. Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgement

6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the Chief Sales Officer

7. In charge of first-line recruitment of TeleSales Personnel to be deployed under your team.

8. Perform other Tasks assigned from time to time

We require:

Experience and Expertise

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge on MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Linux equivalent.
  • College level or College graduate
  • Good oral and written communication
  • BPO managerial experience is an advantage
